3 Stacks Smoke & Tap House, serving a contemporary twist on an American classic, will be a welcomed addition to the Frisco, TX area, opening its doors to the public on Friday, February 8th, 2013.

3 Stacks menus have been designed to ensure they offer a little something for everyone in your family: Signature rib dishes can be paired with one of the 36 All American Craft Beers available on tap; while those with a lighter appetite have choices such as smoked salmon and fresh salads, complimented with a featured wine or signature cocktail. Of course let’s not forget to mention ice-cold root beer on tap to pair with the kid’s menu items, or the big kid in all of us!

3 Stacks Smoke and Tap House is bringing famed “rib whisperer”, Trace Arnold, to the community to show Frisco how smoked meats are done. Diners can expect a variety of slow smoked meats, fish, fresh grilled seasonal vegetables, daily-baked breads and desserts. Specially blended signature rubs and sauces are made by the celebrity grill master himself with a specific rub for each type of smoked protein.

The owners are committed to being a part of the local community and setting a standard: from serving Texas brewed beers and using regional fruits and vegetables when available, as well as partnering with local charities like 4 Yellow. Owner Jason Hall states “Our commitment is to consistently create amazing flavors by using the freshest ingredients. The team has assembled both a fantastic food and drink menu based on our selection of regional ingredients. We are excited to bring a great smoke and tap house to the Frisco community and so you and your family can taste what makes our food so amazing!”

I’ll be stopping by 3 Stacks a few days before the open, so stay tuned for a review within the next couple of weeks!
