NYLO Dallas/Las Colinas has announced Chef Matthew Brown as Executive Chef at The Loft Restaurant and Lounge where Brown will be overseeing the culinary direction of the restaurant.
“I’m excited to be joining the NYLO team and look forward to this new culinary adventure,” says Chef Matthew. “Cooking is my passion, and I can’t wait to delight our guests with the sounds, smells and sights of delicious food that brings people together in a social environment.”
Chef Matthew has been working to completely revitalize the culinary offerings at The Loft. Matthew will be bringing in local and seasonal ingredients and will create every dish from scratch. Some of Matthew’s favorite new menu items include burrata de crème salad with an orange blossom vin, the bison burger, bison topped with creamy brie, candied bacon and brown butter mayo, and seared cod with cilantro lime jus and papaya rico. Once finalized, the full menu will be available online at www.nylohotels.com, which will be updated on a regular basis to reflect menu additions and seasonal changes.
