Quaker Steak and Lube, the family restaurant best known for its award-winning wings and signature sauces, is set to open in Carrollton at 3 p.m. on September 5th, marking the national chain’s first expansion into the DFW market.
The new space will be 6,500 square feet and feature the company’s trademark motorsports theme and include suspended motorcycles, a 1978 Corvette Stingray and two NASCAR cars on display.
Known to regulars around the country as “The Lube”, the restaurant is best known for its prized wings and more than 20 sauces, but also serves burgers, ribs, steaks, salads, sandwiches, kid’s meals, signature drinks and more. And in keeping with the motorsports theme, the restaurant features free air pumps available to all guests.
