You know that feeling you get when it’s the middle of the week and you’re over getting dolled up for work and the last thing that you want to worry about is washing and styling your hair? Well, that feeling might not happen every week but it’s a feeling that comes way too often.
The Dry Bar is my favorite place to relax, sip on some champagne and have an expert style my hair. Their motto is “No cuts. No Color. Just Blowouts.” For a flat fee of only $35 you can get your hair washed, blown out and styled regardless of the length or thickness of your hair.
Choose from 5 different styles: Straight Up (simple and straight), Mai Tai (messy and beachy), Southern Comfort (big hair with volume), Cosmopolitan (lots of loose curls) or Manhattan (sleek and smooth).
My favorite style to get is Southern Comfort, we are in Texas – why not sport the Texas hair? The higher the hair, the closer to heaven.
The Dry Bar is a great place to either go by your self and relax or gather your best gal pals and make a day of it. Drybar at Northpark Center will be Dry Bar’s largest location to date with 17 chairs. (Just proof that everything IS bigger in Texas). The store will be open in Early Fall, but don’t wait until their opening to get a blow out. Dry Bar has two other locations, one at The Shops at Highland Park and the other at the Shops at Legacy. Stop by, get pampered and leave without having to worry about your hair for a few days.
