The Gin Mill hosts a Texas-inspired beer or wine-paired Valentine dinner, Thursday, February 14, 7:00 p.m. featuring brews from Peticolas, Four Corners, Revolver and Deep Ellum Brewery or samplings from East Dallas winery, Times Ten Cellars paired with four pub-inspired courses. Courses include Ratatouille Bruschetta, Orange and Fennel Salad, Roast Pork with Celery Root and Pear Puree and Chocolate Cherry Torte.
Cost is $60 per person, excluding gratuity, tax and additional beverages. Regular dinner menu available, as well.
