When it comes to baking, I’m always trying to find new recipes that I can make. My go to is usually a simple chocolate chip cookie or brownies but as delicious as those are, I’m trying to expand my baking skills and recipe book. I’ve always loved thumbprint cookies but have never made them. I love that you can tweak these cookies to have all sorts of colors. This comes in great during the holidays and you can make them red for Christmas, pink for Valentines, green for St Patrick;s and pastels for Easter.
With Easter around the corner, I did a test run to see how they would turn out and they were perfect. These Thumbprint cookies are so easy to make and the perfect treat to add to any dessert spread.
