Full Circle Tavern Set to Open in Late April

Blog· Entertainment

Owners Jennifer Bonner and Lara Whittington of EdiblEnvy Catering will launch Full Circle Tavern mid-April, offering a modern pub vibe that is warm and relaxed with hearty menu selections.

“Full Circle Tavern is a local hangout where all can come for the food and stay for the atmosphere,” says Lara. “We’re excited to become part of the South Lamar community and can’t wait to share our delicious food and ‘everyone-knows-your-name’ style with our neighbors. Our friends will tell you we love to laugh and have a good time, so we want FCT to reflect that.”

With a full bar, extensive beer list and one-of-a-kind sandwiches that eat like a meal, FCT is sure to be a local’s destination for relaxing and mingling with friends. At FCT, microbrew and craft beers, including local brewers, will be the norm, and you won’t find bottles here, only cans. House made chips start off every table with rotating flavors from truffle to bloody mary. Comfort sides, vegetarian-friendly options and salads for the health conscious round out the menu. A “to-die-for” brunch will be offered a short time after opening.

“Everything in my life has always centered around food,” says Jennifer, a self-taught chef bringing her heart and soul into the menu. “You’ll find traces of my background from my mid-West roots to deep southern cooking. Comfort food means something different to everyone, but our food will leave you with a cozy happiness.”

Lara adds, “Full Circle Tavern was named after the idea that all experiences lead to the next, or at the very least, prepare you for what’s ahead in this thing we call ‘L-I-V-I-N’!” Full Circle Tavern is conveniently located which is next door to Bill’s Records and adjacent to the NYLO South Side. The bar is set to open in late April and will probably become your new favorite bar.

I’ll let you know when a date is set in stone for their opening.
