Since my husband and I work from home, I like to make a lot of snacks that we can both pick up and go throughout the day. I’ve learned the key to keeping us fed and happy is to always have easily accessible food. Some of our favorites include fruit cut in small pieces, string cheese, chips, or delicious desserts. I know the last one isn’t the healthiest but who doesn’t love a good sweet to get you through the day?
I often make homemade brownies because they are easy to make but I try to cut back so I’m not over indulging. I know it’s isn’t the best idea to replace brownies with another food that has the same amount of sugar but when my friend mentioned she was making Homemade Sticky Buns, I knew I had to have the recipe and give them a try.
Although this recipe does take a little time since you have to let the dough set, I love that it has lots of ingredients that are staples in my house. I highly suggest doubling this recipe and making a batch for you and one to give away. If you have neighbors or friends to share this with, I can assure you that they’ll love it!
