Noise. There is lots of noise in my house. Whether it’s a football game playing in the living room, a baby toy randomly going off in the nursery, a dogs toy squeaking or pandora playing on one of the computers.
Quiet time doesn’t exactly exist and the noise is our normal. I wouldn’t have it any other way but sometimes it’s nice to have some me time and to be able to listen to what I really want to like my favorite podcasts or my favorite music station.
While I am able to put on headphones and do that, it’s not the safest thing to do with a toddler in the house. I need to be able to hear what is going on in the house to make sure all is well. I would love to be able to do house chores or work on things in multiple rooms without having ear buds on and Bose has come up with the perfect solution – Bose SoundWear Companion Speaker.
SoundWear™ Companion® is a wireless speaker that rests comfortably on your shoulders and moves with you as it delivers deep, clear sound. Since it form-fits your shoulders in whatever position you leave it, you’ll hardly know you’re wearing it.
I love being able to wear my Bose around the house and still be present with my family. If someone needs me or calls my name, I am able to hear them with no issues. The Bose system has two 11-inch waveguides in the neckband push air to opposite ports for deep lows—while proprietary digital signal processing cancels out bass for anyone nearby. It’s crazy that my husband can be wearing the Bose Soundwear listening to his sports talk radio and I can’t hear a thing he is listening to when I pass him. The technology on this Bose is absolutely amazing.
Not only can you listen to your favorite tunes but you can also use the Bose to have phone conversations. The design makes conversations over the phone feel as natural as they do in person, plus calls stay clear when it’s windy or noisy. If you’re like me, you like to multi task when on the phone. I am usually pacing through the house cleaning, starting laundry or trying to type on the computer which makes it difficult to hold a phone at the same. The Bose system allows me to get through my “todo list” while talking on the phone.
The Bose system is charged via a usb connection. The rechargeable, lithium-ion battery gives you up to 12 hours of play time, and a quick 15-minute charge gets you another 2.5 hours. I love that I don’t have to recharge it often and get great use out of it whether I’m talking on the phone or listening to my favorite podcast.
