Mommy bootcamp will retrain your body, mind, and metabolism. With the combination of monitoring caloric loss and helpful nutritional support everyone will gain muscle mass while losing fat.
The training will consist of dynamic workouts and functional training by strengthening the core, learning balance, toning muscle groups, and improving cardiovascular level.
Meet your trainer – Ronny Braxton.
He is by far, the best trainer in North Texas. He trains high school, collegiate athletes, & professional athletes. Ronny has helped over 2,000 trainees reach weight loss goals. He specializes in women’s fitness as well as focusing on woman’s “problem areas”. Credentials: BS in Kinesiology, Certified Personal Trainer.
Details about the Bootcamp:
A certified personal trainer will coach you to a healthier weight three times a week at approximately an hour and a half each session.
Training days will be Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays at the Allen High School track. Currently each session will start at 9:30am, if you would prefer an early time, please let us know.
Each training session is about $25 each, which will be paid each month in full before training begins by either cash or check. We want this to be an incentive for you to work harder towards your goal.
First session starts on Monday, June 14th. If you are unable to make the starting date, you can sign up after. Everyone participating in bootcamp will be obligated to sign an accident waiver and release of liability form.
Make sure to wear workout clothes that breathe and good cross training tennis shoes that stabilize your ankles. Bring a cold water and a towel. We are going to maximize your weight loss with the heat!
