Peruvian photographer, Mario Testino’s, recent exhibit launch at the Dallas ContemporaryMuseum. Coupled with the culinary boom, it seems the arrival of Peru on the scene in Dallas is official. For his big day, Testino invited Pisco Portón to help celebrate this historic moment for a nation enjoying a meteoric rise defined by rich culture and modern technique.
Cocktails featuring Pisco Portón can be found all over Dallas Fort Worth, and as the Testino exhibit continues to draw acclaim, we invite you to share with your readers, the best places to tip a glass of this traditional distilled grape spirit and say ¡Salud!, to a “new Peru”.
