I never realized it until this past week, but anytime I go shopping I have a routine. I go to the same stores, look at the same clothes and accessories and pass by so many stores without even realizing. After working at North Park (many years ago) and shopping there since before I can remember, I took a stroll into the Oakley store for the first time.
Why have I never stopped in before?
Honestly, I thought Oakley was full of men’s sport sunglasses and I never needed those so I passed the store often. Much to my surprise, the Oakley store was full of women’s, men and kid’s eye wear along with clothes and accessories. It was quite embarrassing when the sales rep told me they have been at the same location at North Park for over 8 years.
The Oakley store carried more than just the sports sunglasses but all sorts for all ages. There was literally something for everybody, I was impressed with their large selection.
As you can imagine, my favorite part of the store was the women’s section. There was such a variety of women’s sunglasses that I was shocked. I wanted every pair.
I couldn’t leave without getting a pair for myself. I decided to get the Oakley Caveat Aviator Sunglasses. They’re extremely light weight and love that they Caveat had many different colors lenses that you can choose from. They provide UV protection via Plutonite® lens material that filters out 100% of UVA / UVB / UVC & harmful blue light up to 400nm. I couldn’t have chosen a better pair for myself.
