Dallas Brunch Destination: TopGolf Dallas

Blog· Entertainment

Now that the weather is cooling off, it’s the perfect time to take full advantage of patios. There is a sweet spot in Texas weather where you are almost obligated to hang out on a patio. I did just that by visiting Top Golf with some friends for brunch.  Top Golf has usually been a place for my friends and I to hang out after a long work day but I wanted to switch things up and see what they were all about during the day. Top Golf Dallas

I thought it would be a bit risky arriving at 11am on a Saturday but to my surprise there wasn’t a long wait and we were seated immediately. Even if there was a bit of a wait, we would have taken full advantage of the life size games.

Top Golf Games

There are a couple components that every brunch must have – good food, friends, drinks and fun. I’ve always loved Top Golf’s food. If you haven’t had their mushi, you’re missing out big time. It’s always the first thing I order. It’s cilantro sticky rice, drunken beans, spiced chicken and Cheddar cheese neatly rolled in a jalapeño tortilla garnished with sour cream, avocado and sriracha hot sauce. Mexican Sushi = Mushi.Mushi at Top GolfWe ordered a variety of items off of the menu but our favorites were the bucket of wings, the burgers and brisket nachos. The wings were perfect for a group since we could all eat them during the times when we weren’t golfing. We ordered three buckets so we can try each flavor. The  Asian Sesame and Buffalo were gone in no time.Wings at Top Golf

The brisket nachos topped with drunken bean puree, a three cheese blend and chimichurri was an absolute favorite. #firsttimersclub

A few of my friends had not been to Top Golf before so they were able to join the “First Timers Club.” It’s as awesome as it sounds.FTC_Logo

Until October 31, 2015, Topgolf is inviting those who haven’t been to Topgolf before to join the #FirstTimersClub! By joining through FirstTimersClub.com, they’ll receive a free Lifetime Membership and $10 off Game Play.

If you’re like me, golfing isn’t on the top of my list of fun things to do so I never had a desire to go to Top Golf. The reality is, Top Golf isn’t just for golfers, it’s for anyone who likes to have fun!

Don’t tell anyone, but I don’t usually play golf when I go to Top Golf. I much rather stuff my face with delicious food, throw back a few drinks and enjoy the company of my friends. It’s a great place for brunch, happy hour or a late night stress reliever. Whatever it may be, you’re guaranteed to have fun!Brunch at Top GolfNever been to TopGolf Dallas? Savage Burritos is the love child of Uncle Julios so it you like UJ, you'll love Savage. They are a delivery only service offering burritos and bowls from select Uncle Julio kitchens in DFW. We ordered a variety of items from burritos, bowls, queso and more. Every single item was bursting with flavor. If you like spicy, I highly recommend the Nashville Hot Chicken Burrito. 🔥 Don't forget to add on a Margarita pop - nothing beats alcohol and Mexican food delivered straight to your door!

I'm 100% sure it has something to do with welcoming Myles into this world during the height of a pandemic and keeping a toddler alive at the same time. I can't wait for Christmas morning to make memories with my little family (even though Christmas shopping isn't complete and I haven't even thought about wrapping presents). It will all fall in to place, it always does. We didn't attend our favorite Christmas events this year or get pictures with Santa so this random Santa picture will do and I'm 100% happy with it. If this year has taught you anything, let it be finding the joy in the little things ❤
The holidays are quickly approaching! 🎄 Althoug The holidays are quickly approaching! 🎄 Although things might be a bit different this season, we're still enjoying some of our favorite foods and traditions. This year we're incorporating ordering family meal kits from @chuysrestaurant for not only my family but extended family that we might not be able to hang with this holiday. It's a simple way to spread the joy with loved ones, eat delicious food and not forget the reason for the season. #ad #nachoaverageholiday
Family pictures are always so much fun.... this ye Family pictures are always so much fun.... this year we got to attempt it twice thanks to sweet Bryce. Thankfully the second time around he cooperated. As painful as they may be, I'm so glad we get these done every year. I love looking back at them and see how much we've all changed and how much the kids have grown!
Can y'all believe the end of the year is here? We Can y'all believe the end of the year is here?
