Chef Shaun Collins likes a good pairing and his partnership with Domaine Wine Company proves to be just that once again. Chef Collins and Domaine will co-host their third monthly complimentary food and wine tasting on July 6th where samples from Chef Collins’ private menu are paired with artisanal wines selected by the sommeliers of Domaine. Open to the public, guests will learn how to compliment particular gourmet foods with specialty wines all while sampling a provacative menu.
