Dallas is notorious for the large number of restaurants that are located within city limits. This past month there have been three restaurants open that all have rave reviews. Be sure to check them out and let me know what you think.
Monica’s Nueva Cocina & ME Lounge: Famed restaurateur Monica Greene, has opened both new restaurant concepts in the ilume building located off of Cedar Springs.Monica’s Nueva Cocina is a fine-dining concept (serving dinner only) showcasing the incredible culinary talents of Chef Hector Hernandez. The menu will reveal the true flavors of Mexico City with authentic house-made moles, fresh tortillas from stone ground corn and dishes made from seasonal produce. In contrast, ME Lounge will offer a more casual dining experience for lunch and dinner. The menu at ME Lounge will bring together flavors from many cultures resulting in a truly International menu. Tostadas, ceviches, nachos, tacos and tortas will pay homage to Greene’s Mexican heritage.

Park Tavern: Offering a contemporary spin on the gastropub experience, serving craft beer and authentic food in a casual, industrial chic, urban lodge setting. Park Tavern is conveniently located in The Shops at Park Lane. Perfect for lunch, dinner or unwinding after work. Ask your server for a frequent diner card, this card is completely free is their way of saying “thank you” for your patronage by awarding you points each time you drink or dine at any of their restaurants.

Boulevardier: Said to be “the best restaurant to open in Dallas this year” by Escape Hatch Dallas, Boulevardier seems to have what it takes to make it far. This nouveau French Bistro has everybody talking about their great prices and food that is exploding with flavor. Located in the Bishop Arts District, Boulevardier is a great addition to the neighborhood. Stop in and see what Chef Nathan Tate and Randall Copeland are all about.
