Simple Ways to Upgrade Your Kitchen

Blog· Tech

Spring time is here which makes me want to revamp my whole entire house! Since I spend the most time in my kitchen, I’ve had an itch to upgrade it. There are so many different things you can do both big and small that will transform your kitchen. I like to keep things easy so here are a few simple ways to upgrade your kitchen.Simple Ways to Upgrade Your KitchenFresh paint. It’s amazing how a little paint can transform a whole entire room. I love accent walls that bring a pop of color into any space. The beauty with paint is that you can always repaint over any color so if you aren’t in love with the color, it’s an easy fix! If you’re indecisive like me, head to your local Home Depot or Lowes and pick out a few colors you like and grab a few samples which only cost a few bucks. Once you get home, paint about a 6 inch sqaure on your wall with your samples. Let it sit a couple days then come back and take a look at it. That will help you choose which one you like, love or absolutely hate!

Next time you’re at the store, buy a bouquet of flowers. It doesn’t have to be the most expensive flowers in the store, sometimes simple is better. Depending on where you shop, many times my grocer has a $5 flower section that offers lots of different arrangements for cheap. Flowers will turn your kitchen from gloomy to happy. Not only are flowers gorgeous, it’s an inexpensive quick fix.

Replace all of your hardware in your kitchen. It’s amazing how small of an item can make such a big difference. You can change the style, texture and color of the hardware already in your kitchen. If you’re on a tight budget, look around at local flea markets for great finds. KitchenAid at Best BuyTransform your kitchen with new KitchenAid appliances at Best Buy. New appliances are a complete game changer by not only changing the way your kitchen looks but how your kitchen is used. I’ve been swooning over the KitchenAid collection and can’t wait to get my hands on it. The KitchenAid refrigerator has a luxury fit, feel and finish with soft close pantry drawers, new crispers, platinum interior with undershelf lighting. The KitchenAid range has a baking drawer for cooking flexibility to keep dishes warm, slow cook or simply bake at a different temperature than the main oven cavity. Can you imagine how amazing that would be during the holidays?

Right now they’re offering 18 months major appliance financing or 5% rewards or free delivery on purchases of $399 or more. Don’t miss their tips on remodeling your kitchen and laundry room with new appliances.

What other simple ways do you suggest to upgrade your kitchen?
