I’m the voice behind The Dallas Socials, a local blog I started back in 2009 to share the best things to do around Dallas.

Life Looks a Little Different Now

Between school schedules, sports practices, PTA life, and everything in between, I know firsthand how hard it can be to find things to do that actually fit into real life.

That’s why The Dallas Socials has grown into a space focused on:

• Family-friendly things to do in Dallas
• Weekend plans that are actually doable
• Kid-approved activities and events
• Local spots worth your time (and money)

If it’s not realistic for a busy family, it doesn’t make the list.

Running from one sports field to the next, planning school events, or squeezing in a fun outing with my kids in between it all.

Most of what I share comes from real-life experiences—places we’ve actually gone, events we’ve attended, and things my kids genuinely enjoyed.
