As with all of his endeavors, Kenny Bowers puts a unique spin on brunch classics. Unlike the classic recipe, Kenny’s serves a twist on Eggs Benedict with toasted ciabatta topped with fried eggs, béarnaise sauce, asparagus and several choices of protein, including smoked ham, home-smoked salmon, steak or crab cake. Mike’s Big French Toast starts with brioche and is topped with Grand Marnier and strawberries. A sizeable portion of Chicken & Waffles features Belgian waffles topped with chicken fried chicken and savory smoked bacon. And, as a burger aficionado, Kenny’s Bacon & Egg Burger, often a special at the Wood Fired Grill, includes a fried egg, smoked bacon, American cheese and béarnaise sauce. The ‘top flight’ team of mixologists at Kenny’s creates the perfect custom Bloody Mary for guests all day.
If you aren’t the ‘brunch’ type of person, the lunch menu will be served as well. Now you have no excuse to give it a try!
