Low-Calorie Drink Recipes for Cinco de Mayo

Blog· Food and Drinks

Cinco de Mayo is almost here! We have a couple great drink recipes that won’t load you down with calories. Did you know that the average margarita is 600 calories per serving? GASP. Now I feel extremely bad when I drink 3 or 4, that’s a lot of calories! Below are a few festive drink recipes we recommend mixing up for Cinco de Mayo. Low-cal, but full of flavor!

Cascade Ice Margarita

Cascade Ice Margarita

In a mixer, mix the juice of 2 lime wedges with 1 1/2 oz of Tequila. Add 8oz of Cascade Ice Margarita Mixer. Shake or stir and pour contents into your favorite margarita glass with a salted rim. Garnish with a lime wheel for a festive touch!

Cascade Ice Skinny Daiquiri

Cascade Ice Skinny DaquiriNot a fan of tequila? No problem! Try a delicious Skinny Daiquiri. To create this sweet treat, add 1 1/2 cups of ice and 1 1Ž2 cups frozen strawberries into your blender. Pour in 8oz Cascade Ice Zero-Calorie Wild Berry Sparking Water and your choice of rum. Blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with fresh fruit.

You can enjoy both of these drinks without having to count calories! Order these soon, so you can have them for your Cinco de Mayo party. Let me know what you think!
