If you’re all about that fall feeling and on the hunt for some seasonal excitement, guess what? San Antonio’s incredible pumpkin patches are back in action! From scouting the ultimate canvas for your carving masterpiece, to conquering corn mazes and indulging in scrumptious pumpkin treats, this city has everything you need for a fantastic fall adventure.

The pumpkin patches listed below are in and around San Antonio. All information is up to date for the 2023 season unless otherwise noted on each location. 

The Best San Antonio Pumpkin Patches

Alamo Heights United Methodist Church Pumpkin Patch

This San Antonion pumpkin patch is a great place for everyone to kick off the Fall with friends, capture seasonal family photos, and buy some pumpkins for the holidays!

Braune Farms Pumpkin Patch

Experience a REAL, Texas Pumpkin Patch! When you arrive at Braune Farms, you will be greeted in the parking area and then enjoy a hayride to the entrance.  From there, you can continue the hayride to the pumpkin patch or take part in many activities. Once in the patch, walk the rows to find your favorite pumpkin and catch one of our multiple running hayrides back to the activity and checkout area where your pumpkin will be sized for purchase.

This is a REAL pumpkin patch on a working farm and you will be walking in actual rows of pumpkins and vines. You can expect dirt and sometimes taller grasses so please wear appropriate shoes to protect you and your children. South Texas can be hot even in October so dressing for the weather is always a smart choice. They have farm animals, face painting, the Corn Crib, pumpkin put-put, bean bag toss, hay bale climb, tube slide, baked goods for sale and more! Most of the activities are free!

Bracken United Methodist Church Pumpkin Patch

This family friendly pumpkin patch activities include pet parades, pumpkin crafts, face painting and more.  

Circle N Corn Maze

Circle N Maze offers the biggest Corn Maze in San Antonio and South Texas – 10 acres! With three mazes built into this 10-acre design, you can try the .3 mile, then 1.5 miles, and the 2.9-mile trail.

This isn’t just a corn maze, activities also include a pumpkin patch, petting zoo, slides, corn pit, tire climb, sand pit, hay bales, mini maze, bouncy balls, and roping area.

Devine Acres Farm

Head on over to Devine Acres Farm for their Annual Fall CountryFest and Pumpkin Patch. Enjoy over 40 acres of pure fall fun. Get ready for shows, pumpkin patch, flower field, fall photo ops, foods & drinks, over 50 attractions, live music and so much more!

Attractions include tube swings, wagon rides, bucket golf, cane pole fishing, sack races, marshmallow roasting, hay maze, gem mining, and more. 

Graff 7A Ranch

 The Graff Ranch is a 5th generation farm and ranch family proudly sharing their agricultural heritage in South Texas. Wanna get lost and have a blast? Navigating your way in and out of our 8 acre maze will challenge even those who are directionally savvy. It is divided into 2 parts. Each part takes approximately 15-30 minutes to walk. The maze is planted in corn and grows about 8 feet high.

Helotes Hills United Methodist Church

2023 marks Helotes Hill United Methodist Church 20th year which is a true testament to the popularity of this fun Texas pumpkin patch!

  • Dates: October 5 – October 31, 2023
  • Hours of Operation:
    • Sunday – Friday: 12pm – 8pm 
    • Saturday: 10am – 8pm
  • Location: 13222 Bandera Rd., Helotes, TX

It is highly recommended to visit on the weekday if possible since weekends get very busy. Prices start as low as $0.75 and are priced according to the size of the pumpkins chosen.

Good News Pumpkin Patch

This annual pumpkin patch in southeast San Antonio offers hayrides, moon bounces, mazes, and angry pumpkins (giant slingshot).

First United Method Church Seguin Pumpkin Patch

  • Admission: Free
  • Dates: October 1 – October 31, 2023
  • Hours of Operation:
    • Monday – Saturday: 10am – 7pm 
    • Sunday: 12pm – 7pm
  • Location: 710 N. Austin St. Seguin, TX

Pumpkin Patch at First Methodist Church is a month-long service project.  The Pumpkins are grown on the Navajo Indian reservation. They are given to First United and they sell them at a preset price. Then at the end of the month they keep a percentage of the money earned and the rest goes back to Pumpkins USA. Ministries throughout the church and community receive the benefit of the funds. Activities at this Seguin Pumpkin Patch include the pumpkin patch, photo opportunities, storytime, trunk or treat, and more.

Owl Creek Farm

San Antonio Botanical Garden Pumpkin Patch

The San Antonio Botanical Garden serves as a 38-acre living museum of plants, tranquil escape, living classroom, research and conservation facility, and entertainment venue where art and cultural experiences come to life. Guests of all ages and abilities are invited to support the ongoing mission by joyfully experiencing everything the Garden has to offer.

This isn’t a traditional pumpkin patch, but if all you’re after is the experience of fall and some cute family photos, it more than delivers. During its Fall-O-Weekends, which take place each weekend in October, guests can pose for photos with pumpkin setups, explore a harvest maze, take part in scavenger hunts and complete pumpkin decorating kits.

St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church Pumpkin Patch

Open daily from Oct. 2-15, this site will have pumpkins galore plus pumpkin bread for purchase and special events throughout the month. The patch has unique gourds and a plethora of traditional and heirloom pumpkins for sale. Proceeds go to local scholarships

Pipe Creek Pumpkin Patch

The Pipe Creek Pumpkin Patch started in 2010 and is owned and operated by the same people who have run the Pipe Creek Christmas Tree Farm since 1994. The Pumpkin Patch is located at the Christmas tree Farm in the beautiful Hill Country near Bandera. The drive is only 30 minutes from NW San Antonio and 20 minutes from Boerne.

Traders Village San Antonio Corny Maze

The Trader’s Village CORNy Maze is the ONLY Corn Maze in San Antonio & The Largest in South Texas!!! It’s 10 acres of pure fun!!! Inside the maze are 3 trails: Easy for little kids,  Medium (30min – 1 hour), Hard (1 1/2 hours – 2 hours)

Traveling Loaves & Fishes is a non-profit organization whose mission is to relieve immediate hunger.
