The Round Table is hosting an exclusive experience at the just opened Flywheel Sports, 4252 Oak Lawn Avenue, in the Shops at Highland Park. The Monday night class on January 21st at 7:00 PM is exclusively reserved for the Round Table and anyone looking to have their workout benefit The North Texas Food Bank. Attendees will have the chance to experience Flywheel for just $15.00 (half off the regular price) and 100% of the proceeds benefit The North Texas Food Bank. The Flywheel Experience is the next generation of Spin! The class includes climbs and descents, while working arms with weighted bars. It’s an amazing escape that challenges your body and relaxes your mind. Flywheel studios offer stadium-style seating, making every seat in the house a good one.
Music is also an integral part of the Flywheel experience. Playlists are created by instructors from a collection of music carefully curated by their own in-house DJ. The Round Table is the young professional group formed to benefit The North Texas Food Bank and their leadership is composed of council members serving as representatives of the young professional community.
