Nick Jonas Woos Crowd with Private Concert

Blog· Entertainment

When Nick Jonas comes to town to perform at a private concert, you jump on the opportunity.  Want to know more about this concert? In partnership with Live Nation, Hilton offers HHonors members access to Live Nation’s global music platform, including private concerts and VIP access to tickets and artists. Around the world, people simply are not taking time off from work to PLAY. And, it is Hilton’s mission to bring you more ways to PLAY through exclusive experiences. Whether it is that must-see concert, once-in-a-lifetime sporting event or an amazing culinary experience – Hilton wants to provide you more ways to put your HHonors points to work, so you can PLAY!

We did just that. I surprised my niece with tickets to the concert. It was her birthday gift, she turned 12 this month, so you know she was STOKED. The evening started off great with a walk down the red carpet.

I had never been to a Hilton at PLAY event so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I knew it would be fun. Before the concert, there was a cocktail reception where we could mix, mingle and nosh on food inside of the Hilton Anatole, where the event was held. At 8pm, the doors were opened and everyone flocked to the stage. Thanks to my tween niece, we got to be in the very front row. Yes, she sprinted to the front and got us an awesome spot. We weren’t in there even 10 minutes before the show started. It was a very intimate set up and loved that it wasn’t packed full. Every person at the event was close to the stage.

Nick Jonas sang for a full hour with no breaks. The whole show was live on Periscope which was a great experience to be a part of. Fans had a chance to have a virtual front seat at this fun show. This marks the first time an entire live concert was broadcast via Twitter and Periscope. (Don’t you love technology?)

Nick Jonas Dallas Show

Nick Jonas did a great job to swoon over the crowd. As you can imagine, all the girls went wild in the room every time he looked their way, not to mention the time he took off his jacket! It was a fun night for all ages both young and old. After the concert, everyone was given fun goody bags filled with swag from Hilton, Babe’s Corn Relish (it’s one of his favorite Dallas spots), an Apple Play card and other fun accessories! Hilton Anatole did a great job providing the perfect space for this Hilton at Play event. I look forward to the next one!

To attend the concerts or take part in other rock star-worthy experiences, Hilton HHonors members are invited to visit HHonors.com/auctions and redeem Hilton HHonors points for the offerings. You don’t want to miss the next show that comes to Dallas, so sign up for your Hilton HHonors asap!
