Although I cook every day in my house, during the holidays cooking is taken up a notch. I become a crazy lady cooking all sorts of desserts and foods that I wouldn’t cook any other time of the year. I absolutely love cooking because it puts my mind in another place. While I’m cooking, I’m not thinking about work or an email that I need to spend. I am completely focused on food. Even though cooking is my happy place, it can still be stressful.
