Brunch Destination: Sundown at Granada

Blog· Food and Drinks

Sundown at Granada will now be serving a brand new brunch menu available each Saturday and Sunday from 11am – 4pm. It’s a spin on some of the popular Sundown food items. “Greenville Avenue has a new brunch hot spot with an equal opportunity brunch menu appeasing vegans, vegetarians, omnivores, & carnivores still supporting local artisans as well as the farm to table concept”, said Executive Chef Patrick Stark. Expect the usual items with a Sundown twist including:

  • The Sundown Benedict – Shiner Brisket, BBQ Hollandaise, Poached Egg on (2) Whole Wheat Molasses Slider Buns and Sweet Potato Hash
  • Hammered Goat Frittata – Drunken Red Wine Mushrooms, Goat Cheese, Mozzarella, Zip Code Honey and White Truffle Oil  *Add chicken, bacon or brisket
  • Vegan Green Drink – 16 oz. of Kale, Bananas, Berries, Cucumbers, Mint and Agave pureed into a delicious drink

The brunch menu was created by our culinary team of Executive Chef Patrick Stark, Executive Sous Chef Billy Cooper and Sous Chef Rolo Cantu.  Along with the new brunch menu, we will continue to serve our regular dinner menu.  Also, enjoy the traditional brunch beverages such asBellinis, Bloody Marys (made with our in-house infused vodka) and Mimosas along with Sundown specialty cocktails. Expect the same quality of food you have grown to love.  Meet me at Sundown!
