Growing up, I was always active. I played sports all of my life and never had to think about staying active. My life revolved around playing soccer. Fast forward ten years and now I am being forced to think about getting up and moving. I work in front of a computer all day, every day and I’m not longer active in any organized sports so I try my hardest to keep moving. One way I keep myself active is by finding active wear that I love.
I visited the grand opening of Lorna Jane at Preston Park Village and instantly fell in love. Their clothes and brand is what I’m all about. Upon entering, I instantly felt the love. All the workers were not only nice and attentive but they gave me an instant boost of self esteem. Since I’m horrible about always migrating to the same type of clothes, they paired me with a stylist that helped choose a large variety of clothing.
My stylist did an amazing job. She pulled items of clothing that I would have never chosen, not because I didn’t like them but because I tend to be boring with my choice of clothing.
I absolutely love all the bright colors and how there are so many options to choose from. My stylist got me set up in the dressing room with a large variety of clothing, everything from harem pants to floral sports bras. Did I mention my stylist is a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader? She really knew her stuff. I asked a million questions and she had an answer to it all!
Here’s a look into my fitting room.
My stylist put together the cutest outfits and gave me advice through the whole process which were very much appreciated. One of my favorite outfits was the Animania 7/8 tights, Acrobat sports bra and black jersey pullover. I don’t have anything like the animania pants and thought they would be a fun addition to my wardrobe.
Another outfit that my stylist chose were the prom queen full length tights, Follow your dreams tank and the Charli Excel Tank. All of the clothing was extremely comfortable, it was really all what style of clothing you prefer. As much as I loved the fun tights, I decided I liked the all black ones for me. (I know, go figure!)
Never in this World would I think that I would try on harem pants and actually like them! I have never worn more comfortable pants in my entire life. My stylist paired the harem pants with a cute sports tank. The only reason I didn’t buy the outfit was because it was SO comfortable I would be afraid that I would sit at home on the couch and veg out all day instead of being active.
So are you curious what I decided to buy? I went with the basics – All day coreStability full length tights, Pammy sports bra and the Charli Excel tank. I chose these because I know that I’m going to want to come back and buy everything from Lorna Jane so I started the with basics.
