Growing up, I was a tomboy. I played sports all of my life and excelled in soccer. If I had a choice, I would wear jeans and tennis shoes other than a dress. I had no desire to get dressed up or wear makeup. I didn’t really start dressing and acting like a lady until the end of high school and the beginning of college.
Once I started to care more about my appearance, I know longer wanted a rough and rugged truck. I wanted a luxury car. I was a bit stubborn and didn’t realize how nice trucks have become. They are no longer made only for a hard working man (or in my case, a tomboy). I recently got to spend a week in the Ford F-150 Tremor and my opinion has completely changed about trucks.
The Tremor was completely decked out and upon getting in, you would have no idea you were in a truck. The amenities were just as good as the luxury car that I own and one of the best parts about the truck was the speed. I thoroughly enjoy being able to press the gas and GO. I hate when I get into cars and I press the gas and it takes minutes to get to 60mph. No one wants a car that is slow or that will get you run over when trying to get on the highway.
- 365 horsepower at 5,000 rpm on regular fuel
- 420 lb.-ft. of torque at 2,500 rpm
- Twin independent variable camshaft timing for improved performance and fuel economy
- Up to 90 percent peak torque available from 1,700 rpm to 5,000 rpm
I absolutely loved driving the Ford F-150 Tremor around and can’t wait to get back in a Ford truck. For more info about the Ford F-150 Tremor, check out their official page.
