I’m amazed every single day at what my Instant Pot can make. I originally bought it thinking I would use it for dinner occasionally. While I do use it for dinner, I use it for so much more. My Instant Pot has made most of my baby’s food, steamed veggies in minutes, made the fluffiest rice I’ve ever tasted and provided more desserts than I’m willing to admit.  I never realized that a pressure cooker could make some of the most delicious desserts I’ve ever tasted.
