Pappasito’s Cantina Celebrates 30 Years in Business with Awesome Deals!

Blog· Food and Drinks

Pappasitos celebrates 30 years in business. My favorite food is Mexican so I was extra excited to learn about Pappasito’s deals going on through October celebrating their 30th anniversary.

Pappasito’s Cantina opened its first Dallas/Fort Worth location in Richardson at 723 S. Central Expressway in 1989 and has since grown its operations to five Dallas-area locations. Pappasito’s serves legendary Tex-Mex at 21 total locations in Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, San Antonio and Atlanta. Thanks to Dallas’s lively dining community that supports innovative, quality Tex-Mex cuisine, the company has experienced continued success.

Beginning Oct. 1, Pappasito’s will roll out a series of in-restaurant weekly specials which include the signature Beef & Chicken Fajitas:

  • Week 1: Oct. 1-5: Half Price Beef & Chicken Fajitas All day, large size only.
  • Week 2: Oct. 7-11: Half Price Happy Hour Appetizers with beverage purchase, 3 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. in the bar.
  • Week 3: Oct. 13-19: Half Price Lunch Beef & Chicken Fajitas, medium size only, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Week 4: Oct. 20-26: eClub Free Appetizer with “Pappasito’s Pass” (with entrée purchase, one per table per visit. Excludes appetizer sampler, quesadillas and nachos.) eClub members will receive a reusable Free Appetizer coupon on Oct. 18, valid for as many guest visits during Oct. 20 – Oct.26.
  • Week 5: Oct. 27-30: Half Price Beef & Chicken Fajitas All day, large size only.

During the 30-day celebration, fans of legal drinking age can also enjoy an anniversary drink, the Pappasito’s Reserva Margarita made with Corazon Reposado barrel-aged tequila, which has been hand-selected especially for Pappasito’s Cantina, Grand Marnier, organic agave nectar, and fresh lemon and lime juices shaken tableside and served on the rocks. Guests who order the special drink will receive a complimentary 30th anniversary commemorative glass.

Pappasito’s will also host a 30-day Facebook giveaway campaign found on facebook.com/pappasitos where fans can enter for a chance to win a daily giveaway of a $50 Pappasito’s gift card throughout the 30 days of celebration. Winners will be drawn daily and one, lucky winner will also take home a $500 Pappasito’s gift card as the grand prize at the end of October.

One of my favorite things about 2020.... businesse One of my favorite things about 2020.... businesses adapting and making things work! I was recently introduced to @savageburritos and I'm in love. Savage Burritos is the love child of Uncle Julios so it you like UJ, you'll love Savage. They are a delivery only service offering burritos and bowls from select Uncle Julio kitchens in DFW. We ordered a variety of items from burritos, bowls, queso and more. Every single item was bursting with flavor. If you like spicy, I highly recommend the Nashville Hot Chicken Burrito. 🔥 Don't forget to add on a Margarita pop - nothing beats alcohol and Mexican food delivered straight to your door!

Order directly from their site your from your favorite delivery service!
I know this year has dragged on and on for many pe I know this year has dragged on and on for many people but it has flown by to me. I'm 100% sure it has something to do with welcoming Myles into this world during the height of a pandemic and keeping a toddler alive at the same time. I can't wait for Christmas morning to make memories with my little family (even though Christmas shopping isn't complete and I haven't even thought about wrapping presents). It will all fall in to place, it always does. We didn't attend our favorite Christmas events this year or get pictures with Santa so this random Santa picture will do and I'm 100% happy with it. If this year has taught you anything, let it be finding the joy in the little things ❤
The holidays are quickly approaching! 🎄 Althoug The holidays are quickly approaching! 🎄 Although things might be a bit different this season, we're still enjoying some of our favorite foods and traditions. This year we're incorporating ordering family meal kits from @chuysrestaurant for not only my family but extended family that we might not be able to hang with this holiday. It's a simple way to spread the joy with loved ones, eat delicious food and not forget the reason for the season. #ad #nachoaverageholiday
Family pictures are always so much fun.... this ye Family pictures are always so much fun.... this year we got to attempt it twice thanks to sweet Bryce. Thankfully the second time around he cooperated. As painful as they may be, I'm so glad we get these done every year. I love looking back at them and see how much we've all changed and how much the kids have grown!
Can y'all believe the end of the year is here? We Can y'all believe the end of the year is here? We got our family pictures back and they look great other than the fact that Bryce decided not to participate. We got one shot with my entire family and Bryce is off to the side playing in poison ivy. 🤦‍♀️

This weekend we ventured to @kidzaniausa, a city r This weekend we ventured to @kidzaniausa, a city ran completely by kids. Your child gets to fully immerse themselves into role playing any job they can imagine. From checking animals at the veterinarian, putting out fires as a firefighter, flying planes in an simulator, creating their own personal logo with Bic, or being a weatherman at WFAA - the options are endless! Kidzania activities are for ages 4 and up.

We felt very comfortable inside with their safety protocols. Temperatures were checked before entering. Everybody ages 4 and up must wear a mask. Hand sanitizer was readily available throughout the entire space. If you're looking for a fun outlet for your child to explore, check it out!
