Cooking is one of my favorite things to do. I may not be the best chef around but I’m definitely not the worse. I enjoy creating recipes and making up meals as I cook just as much as I love finding and cooking new recipes on Pinterest. I don’t mind making recipes that take a long time but many times after spending hours on those types of meals, I question myself, “Why? Why spend time on a meal when I could have made something in half the time and it would taste just as good?”
We live in a fast pace world and I know I’m not the only one who values every minute of free time that I can get. I work from home, so I am technically always working. With my office being only 50 steps away from my bed, it’s hard to find free time or to have a few moments to myself. So any chance that I get, I opt for an easy meal. One of my go-to meals is Mrs T’s Pierogies. Available in 11 flavorful varieties, including whole grain, and in mini-size, these potato-filled pasta shells are perfect as finger foods or main dishes.
There are many reasons that I’m so loyal to eating pierogies. They are easy to make and you can literally eat them with anything. You can eat pierogies as a side dish, main dish or even just a snack during the middle of the day. The possibilities are endless. I’ve made things simple for the both of us by finding 20 simple and easy pierogy recipes.

I've never tried these before, but some of those recipes look really good. I may just have to give this a try one night for dinner.
I've never had pierogies! It looks like something I would love, though.
I LOVE pierogies!
