Seattle’s Best Coffee Launches in DFW

Seattle’s Best Coffee has landed in Dallas. On May 20th, they opened 10 stores in one day in the same market which was a  history-making event for Starbucks Corporation (Seattle’s Best Coffee is owned by Starbucks). I like that they chose Dallas to make history in. Anyways, I got the chance to check out Seattle’s Best Coffee drive-thru stores and see what the buzz is all about.

“We believe everyone deserves a great cup of coffee and Seattle’s Best Coffee is now here to provide that cup,” said Frank Sica, vice president and general manager for Seattle’s Best Coffee. “With the opening of 10 new drive-thrus in one day, we’re welcoming coffee drinkers from across Dallas/Fort Worth to experience a piece of Seattle in their hometown—it’s what we call ‘visiting Seattle, TX’—where the coffee flows fast, friendly and delicious.”

Seattle’s Best Coffee Menu Items

The menu consists of 12 combo meals that are all under $5, which I love. You can’t go to any fast food restaurant and get a combo meal under $8. The combo meals at Seattle’s Best Coffee offer Breakfast Sandwiches, Pretzel Melt Sandwiches and Tasty Pies. Breakfast sandwiches are served on either a muffin or biscuit with a coffee. The Pretzel Melt Sandwich and Tasty Pies combos are served with chips and a coke of your choice.  If you’re not in the mood for a full combo, you can order an sandwich al a carte.

In addition to mochas and lattes, those looking for a treat can choose from many dessert-inspired specialty coffee drinks such as Birthday Cake Lattes and S’mores Mochas, available hot, iced or frozen. I tried the Frozen Hazelnut Creme Latte and it was amazing, highly recommended. Since all of their new Dallas locations are geared around customers who are on the go, each combo is made for you to consume easily in a car and on the go.
