Look no further for a good workout, BEYOND Pedaling has opened in Snider Plaza and delivers fun and energizing 50-minute classes that combine core elements of Pilates with the athletic conditioning of indoor cycling to maximize cardiovascular benefits and torch calories and fat. Throw in high-energy music, lights and new innovative total-body cycling and Pilates combo classes, and you’ll be transformed into a stronger, leaner and more energized you.
BEYOND Pedaling classes guarantee a sweaty, intense workout that’s anything but routine or recognizable from other indoor cycling classes. From start to finish, BEYOND’s team of fitness experts coach you on the proper posture and body alignment with Pilates-based instruction, adding focus, concentration and fluidity to each ride. They’ll bring awareness to your core to help you achieve a more efficient performance, effective pedal stroke and better endurance.
PEDAL + PILATES are the newest and hottest couple in Dallas. This 30-minute ride and 20-minute Pilates session is a killer combo that strengthens, tightens and tones your core, lower body and upper body. By uniting the athletic conditioning of indoor cycling with the core elements of traditional Pilates, you’ll maximize cardiovascular benefits and torch calories and fat.
BEYOND classes can be booked online and over the phone. No contract or membership is required. Sessions can be redeemed at either BEYOND Pedaling or BEYOND Pilates.

BEYOND Pedaling class schedules are available online at www.beyondstudiosdallas.com with workouts starting as early as 6 a.m. and as late as 6:30 p.m. Water, recovery drinks, towels, riding apparel and shoes are available for purchase in-studio.
