- 2 oz gin
- 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 3/4 oz apricot nectar
- 3 dashes of peach bitters
- 1/4 tsp dried lavender
- 1 fresh lavender sprig (optional)
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the lavender sprig and shake well. Double strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the lavender sprig.
