The stylish 6th annual fundraiser, Stiletto Strut, gives Dallas’ most fashionable a chance to take steps for an important cause to end domestic violence in our local community. Hosted by Neiman Marcus, the event will take place on April 25, 2013 from 6:30-8:30pm, kicking off with a cocktail and canapés before stepping out onto the streets of Downtown Dallas for the renowned walk around the block of the Neiman Marcus’ flagship store.
In addition to strutting their stuff, guests will have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for items including:
- A Seasons of Shoes: four pairs of shoes for each season (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall) to one lucky winner to strut in style with a new pair of shoes each season, from the downtown Neiman Marcus flagship store.
- Lana jewelry; a gorgeous piece of jewelry valued at more than $800
- Luxurious weekend at The Joule; including dinner for two at Charlie Palmer, and two hours at the relaxing Espa.
Event co-chair and Family Place Board member, Jenifer Strauss said, “I have been involved with The Family Place for many years and was so excited that Paige asked Lindsay Jacaman, Stacy Girard and I to combine our love of shoes and our devotion to this worthwhile cause.”
“This year’s strut is so important to us as we have seen such a rise in domestic violence cases here locally in North Texas. With Mayor Rawlings spearheading the march for men against domestic violence, this is our stand as women,” explains Paige Flink, director of The Family Place.
