Date night is a must in any relationship. My husband and I are both worker bees so sometimes it’s hard to nail down a time to really just be together (with no distractions). This is especially hard because it’s currently baseball season and there seems to be a Rangers game on every single night. Don’t they take breaks? My husband is obsessed with sports so it’s hard to find a time when there isn’t some sort of professional game on. Without realizing it, we have a ritual that we do every Friday night. After work we always go out to eat on a date night.
Although that’s great for our Friday nights, sometimes we want to find something to do during the week together but without leaving the house and spending lots of money. Our date nights at home usually consist of watching a movie with a glass of wine. It’s nothing grand but it’s perfect. We’ve elevated our experience by purchasing a projector for our room. It sounds silly, but it’s made our date night at home even more exciting. We love tech toys and the projector has been a blast to play around with. When it’s off, it’s just like using your smart phone or tablet but this device has a 5″ touch screen display. You can even download the remote for the projector on your smart phone and control it from across the room.
As you can see, the picture is extremely clear and crisp. One of my favorite things to watch on youtube is comedians. Jim Gaffigan is one of my favorites – he never disappoints! My husband and I love finding hilarious videos throughout the day. We’ll usually book mark them or email them to each other and go through the list at night with our projector. If it’s a video he has already seen, I’ll watch the funny clip directly on the projector but if it’s a new video that neither of us has seen, all we have to do is press one button and project it to our ceiling. I was quite shocked to see how clear the picture was on our ceiling. (Not to mention, we have 15ft ceilings.) Most projectors, especially small hand held projectors, won’t even reach 10 ft.
Even though we bought the projector for home, we both use it at our jobs. My husband is a real estate broker so he’ll use it for presentations for clients. I like to use the projector to showcase slideshows of pictures or motivational quotes. I’m still surprised at how many thing this ZTE Spro 2 Projector can do. It’s definitely on on the top of our list of favorite tech items.
