AmEx Centurion Lounge at DFW Airport

Blog

Relax, Work and Play at the Centurion Lounge at DFW Airport #travel #Amex

American Express card holders rejoice! Centurion Lounge has officially opened and it will knock your socks off. Located in Terminal D at DFW Airport, American Express has gone above and beyond with their newest lounge that stretches 9,000 square feet. Centurion Lounge is one of a kind in many ways. Upon entering you are welcomed by this gorgeous live wall and two guest associates who will get you checked in.

AmEx Centurion Lounge at DFW Airport

One of the best parts of having an American Express cards is the perks, right? The Centurion Lounge is available to all American Express platinum and black card holders for free. All other American Express card holders may enter for a $50 fee.  Upon arriving, you must present your Amex card, your same day airline ticket and a government issued ID.

Once you are inside the Centurion Lounge, you will have full access to lounge, eat and relax. Throughout the whole entire lounge there are multiple areas where you are able to relax or take advantage of private conference rooms. If you’re traveling with little ones, there is even a kid room fully equipped with video games. While the kids are playing, head over to the bar and enjoy one of eight delicious craft cocktails.

White Mimosas at AmEx Centurion Louge in DFW Airport

The White Mimosa was an absolute hit. It consisted of Sparkling Wine, Lillet Blanc, Cointreau, and Lemon.  If you’d rather have something else to drink, there is a full bar available at your fingertips.  Take full advantage of having a cocktail before heading to your next flight. I would also highly recommend grabbing a bite to eat. The DFW AmEx Centurion Lounge executive chef is Dean Fearing, so needless to say the food was to die for. I highly recommend the smoked BBQ Brisket Tacos , you will not be disappointed.  Once you get a full stomach, head over to Exhale Spa.

Exhale Spa located at the AmEx Centurion Lounge in DFW Airport

The beautiful about going to Exhale Spa is that it is located INSIDE the Centurion Lounge and the services are complimentary. The Exhale Spa offers manicures, facials and massages. If you took advantage of all three of those services while waiting for your flight, it would more than worth the visit.

The best part of the Centurion Lounge is that once you are in the doors, everything is complimentary.  You read that correct, everything from the drinks to the food to the spa services are completely free of charge. American Express knows how to treat their customers and has gone above and beyond to make this lounge the best around.

Next time you’re at DFW Airport, stop by Terminal D to check out the Centurion Lounge. You won’t be disappointed.
