Guacamole is one of those dishes that can be the perfect appetizer, side dish or even main entree. Yes, a main entree. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve only ordered guacamole from a restaurant for my meal. Pair the guacamole with chips, salsa and some tortillas and you are set.
We always have guacamole readily available at my house. It’s such an easy dish to make and I love that it is made with all fresh ingredients so I never feel guilty when I want to eat all of it in one sitting. The great thing about guacamole is that crazy amount of ways that you can make it. I usually make mine pretty bare with ingredients such as red onion, cilantro, jalapeno and tomatoes.
Although, it’s delicious that way, you can practically add any ingredient and make it your own. I’ve gathered 18 fun guacamole recipes that you should give a try.
