New year, new you? Personally, I hate that saying. I love the idea behind it but I’m still the same me. Meal planning has been the one reason we have been able to make the change to eating at home. Every Sunday, I sit down with my meal planner and write down all of our meals and make sure I get everything we need at the store. This makes it easy when lunch time or dinner time rolls around. This prevents us from asking “what’s for dinner?” every single night.
