Casinos To Visit Near Dallas

These are our favorite casinos to visit near Dallas. When it is time for a little getaway, completely surrounded by adult activities and entertainment, you must check out these casino destinations. Both of these great getaways are located a short distance from Dallas. They provide a platform of entertainment, relaxation, fun, and rejuvenation. Need an escape for a few days? Or maybe just for the day? These casinos fit the bill for a wonderful escape.

Win Star World Casino and Resort: Located just 80 miles north of Dallas, this casino is a great place to visit. Along with the huge casino, you will also find a gorgeous pool that has a waterfall and even cabanas to lounge under. There are also a wide variety of places to dine. Experience a delicious line up of gourmet food at Gran Via Buffet where they have 7 cooking stations. Try the juiciest steak in town at The Grill or enjoy a casual meal at Chips ‘N Ale where they serve up some Olde English charm. In search of entertainment? Look no further. This casino is loaded with entertainment options. Catch a concert or comedy show at the Global Events Center, visit the Mist Nightclub, or soak up some jazzy tunes at Skyline Lounge where live tunes are played at this piano bar. They also have a sprawling 280 acre golf course complete with a clubhouse that offers training and supplies for your golfing needs. If getting pampered is your thing, book an afternoon at their luxiourous Spa. Take advantage of their services and indulge in a facial, wrap, or massage. No matter how you choose to spend your time at this casino, you cannot go wrong.

Choctaw Casino and Resort: This casino is loaded with over 3,500 slot machines. They even have a private poker lounge for those VIP guests. The pool at Choctaw is exclusively for hotel guests only. It is complete with 4 pools, waterfalls, and lazy rivers. Their dinning options are aplenty with options such as the Blue Moon Cafe which is a 50’s themed dinner. Fill up on your favorite Chinese, Thai, Japanese, and Vietnamese dishes at the Red Dragon Asian Cafe. You could also fill up at 1832 Steakhouse with the perfect cut of meat and a glass of your favorite wine. The entertainment is amazing as well. The line up of talented performers to grace the stage at the Choctaw Event Center grows often. Take a ride on the mechanical bull over at Gilley’s. If you are looking for some fun, visit The District. It consists of a huge arcade, movie theater with 4 screens, a two-story laser tag arena, 20 lane bowling center, food court, and a sports bar. Horseshoe Bossier City: Reach this casino in under 4 hours from Dallas. It is well worth your time. You will be surrounded by luxury your entire stay. The hotel tower is 24 stories high. Their Premium King room is over 600 square feet and offers magnificent views. The casino is full of slot machines, table games, and video poker. If you are looking for a specific casino game, you can use the Casino Game Finder to find the location of your favorite casino game. Horseshoe Bossier City also offers wonderful entertainment. Whether you are looking for some live music or a funny comedy show, you will not be disappointed. Visit the Riverdome where the intimate setting puts you up close and personal with your favorite country singers. Enjoy free shows while you sip on your favorite beer at the Whiskey Roadhouse. During football season they play every game. They also have Karoke. As with all of the other casinos, there is always mouthwatering food to devour. Have a meal at the all-you-can-eat buffet where they offer a seafood extravaganza on Friday nights and spotlight brunch on the weekends. Go casual and have a burger at the 8oz Burger Bar. You can also go shopping at one of their high end boutiques and gift shop where you will find everything from daily essentials to high end jewelry and appearal. The Louisiana Boardwalk, which is right next to the Horseshoe Bossier City Casino, has outlet shops, entertainment, and even river side dining. This destination has over 60 stores and restaurants. And of course, do not forget about The Spa at Horseshoe where you can enjoy many spa treatments and salon services. Receiving a service at a spa is worth the investment in yourself. Not only is it a great way to rejuvenate it also helps you to slow down and enjoy your time at any casino you choose to visit.

You do not need to visit Las Vegas to enjoy the thrill of a casino. Indulging in a trip to a casino can bring create some great memories.
