I was assuming 40 pounds of chicken would not fit in my sedan but to my surprise, all of the meat came in a box the size of an apple box. After getting home, I opened the box to examine my purchase. The meat was not frozen and it was divided into 4 bags, 10 pounds each. I cut the chicken breasts up in to smaller portions and freeze them individually in their own Ziploc bags. We love getting stuff through Zaycon. I've bought both Ground Beef and Turkey Breasts through them (we used one for Thanksgiving dinner and it was delicious). My only sadness is that they don't seem to come to Lewisville anymore, I mean Grapevine isn't far but it was handier when ti was closer to home, LOL 🙂 I'll have to sign up for the chicken event, but need to stock up on freezer bags first!
