Spring has arrived! The kids will be out for Summer soon and this warmer weather is giving them all the extra energy. With a toddler and a (soon to be) Kindergartener in the house, I’m always on the hunt for fun, screen-free activities that can hold their attention more than a few minutes.

Screen Free Play with Blue’s Clues & You!
I’ve always been a big fan of Blue’s Clues & You! I remember first watching the show with my nieces when they were toddlers over 15 years ago. It’s a show that has been around for ages and there is a reason for it, kids love it! While Blue’s Clues & You! is a TV show, they have lots of different toys and activities that don’t require a screen.

My toddler loves the Blue’s Clues & You! Peek-a-Blue Plush. Standing 10 inches tall, this adorable animated plush Blue is made with super soft fabrics and even features Blue’s signature paw print. Squeeze Blue’s belly and she will bark and raise her ears. Myles loves to carry it around the house and that he can play independently with Blue.

My pre-schooler is learning to read so we love giving him books. Blue’s Clues & You! has the cutest Easter book called Hoppy Easter, Blue that the boys are loving. The book is all about Blue’s Easter day and what she wants to do. It’s fun, light and the kids really enjoy looking at the pictures. We love board books since our toddler is still a bit rough with books. All of our holiday themed books are board books so we can use them year after year, they last forever!
Get Moving Outside with Roller Derby Skates
There is nothing more fun than rollerskating and I could not be more excited to find a roller skates that fit my 5 year old. We live outdoors and we’re always looking for fun new activities to keep us active. Roller Debry has lots of great options for kids. We got Bryce the Roller Derby Fun Roll skates that grow with him! If you have kids, you know grow out of clothes and shoes so fast, we can barely keep up.

Groove to Your Favorite Songs with Disney Hits
No matter what we’re doing in the house, we always have music playing. Our go-to songs are always Disney hits on Pandora. We discovered Disney Hits is the safest play list for our little ones. The playlist includes hit songs from the most popular film soundtracks and television series to provide a happy, fun, fresh, upbeat, and safe music destination for everybody in the family.

We listen to it so much that my son knows all the songs by heart but didn’t even realize all of the songs actually came from Disney movies. He sang We Don’t Talk about Bruno for weeks before realizing it came from a movie. We have tried different playlists in the past and while they would start out with great, kid friendly songs, we noticed they would throw in songs that were not suitable for little kids ears which was concerning.
The Disney Hits Playlist is available on all your favorite streaming services.
Surprise Your Kid with a Little Live Pet
We love the idea of getting my son a real pet but with our schedules, it’s not possible at this point in our lives. Sunny the Bright Light Chameleon, the cutest Little Live Pet, is exactly what we were looking for. She lights up with her mood, responds to your kids attention and she has over 30 different sounds and reactions.

This soft and squishy chameleon lights up in light green and giggles when she’s happy, she glows red when angry, glows blue and whimpers when sad, and so much more! It’s a great way to help teach your kids about emotions, responsibilities and an overall fun toy that they can interact with.
Sunny the Bright Chameleon would be a perfect Easter Basket addition for all ages. You can purchase Little Live Pets on Amazon.
Family Fun for the Whole Family with Soundiculous
As Bryce is getting older, it’s been so much fun to be able to play more games with him. He loves a games and we encourage them often because it’s a great way to use your brain and open your mind. We discovered Soundiculous which is a game all about making funny sounds and trying to get others to guess what sound you are making.

You can choose your level of play from easy, medium and hard. Soundiculous takes Charades
and flips it, so instead of miming you can make as much noise as you like. The fun part is that you’re only allowed to make sounds, no hand gestures or any other clues. It’s a great way to get everybody laughing. You can grab Soundiculous for only $12.99 on Amazon!
Send Your Little One the Cutest Lunch Box Notes
I absolutely love sending little notes or pictures with the kids lunch boxes. It’s a way to surprise them during the school day and let them know I’m thinking of them. While I try my best to do it often, I sometimes forget or just don’t have the time while we’re rushing around in the morning. I discovered Lunch Notes from Me! tear off pad that is exactly what I wanted for the kids. This tear off pad has fun facts and silly sayings that are perfect for your little ones lunchbox.

There are 101 tear off notes in the pack and the back is left blank so you can add your own personal message. They’re universal and can be added to lunch boxes, given to teachers or added to any gifts to add a little fun. I also grabbed the holiday themed notes to change things up a bit throughout the year. You can find all of their notes and products at https://www.mywish4u.com/.
All of these products are great for Easter baskets and won’t break the bank. My littles have loved every single one so much and I personally love that none of these require any type of screen or electronic. What are your favorite Spring time screen free toys and activities?
