Imagine 4,500 square feet space full of racks and rack of wine. Heaven, right? The Wine Poste recently opened in the Dallas Design District offering not only an extensive wine collection but an amazing space for events. The Lounge, the Library, and the private Banquet Room will host in-store tastings, winemaker and celebrity chef dinners, and each space may be rented by consumers for a variety of private events.
The concept is led by wine experts James Jordan and Matthew Thompson. They are your go -to source for help in finding your next favorite wine. Jordan has more than 30 years of experience in the DFW wine industry, and prior to joining The Wine Poste, he worked for some of the top wine businesses in Dallas, including Red Coleman’s, The Wine Market and More and The Dallas Wine Company. Thompson, who is tasked with marketing and communications efforts, is a certified sommelier and wine writer.
If you’re unable to make it in the store because you’re too busy (or just lazy – I’m completely guilty) you can purchase wine from the comfort of your own home. Wine is shipped UPS ground with a flat $5 fee, and the more you buy, the more you save. Customers who purchase a case will receive 10 percent off their order, in addition to the discounted $5 flat rate shipping fee. If you are a local shopper and reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, you have the option of purchasing online with FREE pick up at The Wine Poste location.
Stop by their store at 2001 Irving Blvd. #145 in Dallas, TX to see what it’s all about OR stay home and order online – http://www.wineposte.com. Either way, you can’t go wrong!
