Bread Winners has launched new daily Blue Plate specials for the Fall season. These stick-to-your-ribs eats are perfect for those days you need to warm up from the inside. Bread Winners is pleased to be working with Dallas-based Fresh Pasta Delights to give diners amazing, fresh pasta on these dishes.
Blue Plate specials are $10.99 at lunch and $12.99 at dinner. Specials change daily and are currently available at all four (4) Bread Winners locations.
- Mondays: “Texas” Carbonara Pappardelle made with jalapeño bacon, spinach, roasted garlic, parsley parmesans cream sauce.
- Tuesdays: Blackened Chicken Linguini made with roasted corn, asparagus, roasted red pepper, spicy beurre blanc
- Wednesdays: Beef Stroganoff Pappardelle made with braised brisket, caramelized pearl onions, mushrooms, demi, sour cream
- Thursdays: Chicken Marsala Cream made with pearl onions, mushrooms, marsala cream
- Fridays: Rosemary Chicken Linguini made with blistered tomatoes, mushrooms and rosemary cream
