ONE. Myles is officially one and I can't believe it. He was born during the height of the pandemic but the breath of fresh air we all needed. A lot of our worries were washed away with baby laughs, long nights, figuring out our new family dynamic and spending quality time without outside distractions. Myles is obsessed with Bryce, eats more than anybody in the family, loves Cocomelon and is a big boy! Happy Birthday, Myles!

When your pregnant and have babies, everybody will tell you how time flies and in a blink of an eye your baby will be a big boy then a teenager then an adult with a family of their own. Honestly, it drove me crazy when everybody would tell me that but now I get it. Bryce is FOUR. I feel like he grew up overnight. He's no longer a baby but a big boy who loves playing video games, anything competitive, cracking inappropriate jokes and keeping us all on our toes. He's the one that made me mama. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Bryce! 🥳

It's not a snow day but a SNOW WEEK. ❄ This weather is whack then throw in no electricity or gas and you have yourself a party... that you didn't want to be invited to. Kids are resilient and it's amazing how much they really just go with the flow and feed off your energy of any given situation.

One of my favorite things about 2020.... businesses adapting and making things work! I was recently introduced to @savageburritos and I'm in love. Savage Burritos is the love child of Uncle Julios so it you like UJ, you'll love Savage. They are a delivery only service offering burritos and bowls from select Uncle Julio kitchens in DFW. I know this year has dragged on and on for many people but it has flown by to me. I'm 100% sure it has something to do with welcoming Myles into this world during the height of a pandemic and keeping a toddler alive at the same time. I can't wait for Christmas morning to make memories with my little family (even though Christmas shopping isn't complete and I haven't even thought about wrapping presents). It will all fall in to place, it always does. We didn't attend our favorite Christmas events this year or get pictures with Santa so this random Santa picture will do and I'm 100% happy with it. If this year has taught you anything, let it be finding the joy in the little things ❤

The holidays are quickly approaching! 🎄 Although things might be a bit different this season, we're still enjoying some of our favorite foods and traditions. This year we're incorporating ordering family meal kits from @chuysrestaurant for not only my family but extended family that we might not be able to hang with this holiday. Family pictures are always so much fun.... this year we got to attempt it twice thanks to sweet Bryce. Thankfully the second time around he cooperated. As painful as they may be, I'm so glad we get these done every year. I love looking back at them and see how much we've all changed and how much the kids have grown!
