Golden Oreo Cupcake Recipe

Blog· Food and Drinks· Tech

My favorite room in my house is the kitchen. It’s a place that makes my heart happy and my stomach content. I enjoy all sorts of cooking whether it’s whipping up something for dinner or trying a new dessert recipe.  I’ve noticed that one thing I always keep handy with me in my kitchen is my phone. I’m always needing to figure out how to convert measurements or pull a recipe that I can’t remember in full detail. It’s not a bad thing but sometimes it’s a pain. By the end of the day, I want to unplug and not be staring at my phone, not to mention I can’t pick my phone up without getting distracted and being in the kitchen is my time to relax and decompress.
With the holidays among us, I’ve been getting in the kitchen more and more. I’ve been whipping up and trying a few holiday recipes and giving them a test run before the actual holidays are here. I’ve noticed in the past few months that I haven’t had to stare at my phone while in the kitchen and it’s been a blessing. The reason I have been phone free is because my Samsung Hub refrigerator does all the thinking for me. Samsung Hub
Samsung Hub Screen

If you’re not familiar with the Samsung Hub, it is a refrigerator that offers a little bit of everything. The Hub is a 27.9 Cu. Ft. 4-Door Flex Smart French Door Refrigerator that has changed the way my family eats and organizes are life. The Hub has a 21.5″ Wi-Fi enabled touchscreen that offers all sorts of information from recipes to live streaming music. Who doesn’t love to jam while they’re cooking?

Yall, my Samsung Family Hub refrigerator is the coolest appliance EVER. I have a photo album as my screen saver (aka tons of puppy pictures) that I’ve uploaded directly from my phone. I’m able to search recipes on an AllRecipe app located on my home screen. Bonus: I get to listen to my favorite songs through the Pandora app. The future of technology is here!!

I’ve been using the Samsung Hub a lot while I’m cooking. There is an app on the Hub that gives you instant access to millions of recipes. No matter if I’m cooking a juicy steak or frying potatoes, the Hub can give me insight and tips on how to cook.  One recipe that I whipped up recently is a delicious batch of Golden Oreo Cupcakes. They are great for all holidays, I especially like to make them around Christmas.   While baking these, I played a few jams on the Hub, looked up recipes and even scrolled on Pinterest!
