The Best Pizza Places in Dallas

Blog· Food and Drinks

Our list of the best pizza places in Dallas gives you an array of pizza pie to devour. From gourmet pizza pies, salads, and decadent desserts, these pizzerias will leave you with a full belly and a happy heart. Suited for any occasion, you will have a hard time choosing just one favorite spot to order a pizza pie.

The Best Pizza Places in Dallas

Cane Rosso: This pizzeria serves authentic Neapolitan pizza. All of their creations are cooked in a wood burning stove and boast of only the finest ingredients. They make their own pizza dough in house. Their mozzarella is also made in house, everyday. The large selection of unique pizzas include names such as Cassie, which is topped with hot soppressata, san marzanos, caramelized onions, chiles, house-made mozzarella, and even basil. One of my favorites is the Funghi. It is a simple pizza with mushrooms, san marzanos, and basil. You are not going to want to skip dessert either. Some of their dessert items include S’Mores Calzone, Diavoletti (fried dough topped with nutella and caramel!), and Gelato. Cane Rosso has several locations throughout Dallas and they are also opening a new location in Houston very soon. They also offer services for private events, some locations can hold up to 90 people, and catering services are available too. Perfect spot for a business get together, birthday party, or even a wedding rehearsal dinner.

Grimaldi’s Pizzeria: Their pizza is baked in a coal brick oven. You can pair your favorite bottle of wine or suds with a pizza that has toppings picked by you. Some of their toppings include artichoke hearts, spicy sausage, ricotta cheese, and so much more. Grimaldi’s also makes an incredible cheesecake. If you have a hard time choosing which dessert to order, their Dessert Trio includes 3 of their desserts; cheesecakes, cannolis, and tiramisu. There are also seasonal flavors available which change up the menu ever so often. In the fall they have caramel apple cheesecake. If you do choose to order

The Pizza Guy: Great place for delivery, but even better if you dine in. That is because you get FREE beverages when you choose to eat at their pizzeria. Enjoy specialty pizzas such as their Bacon Cheeseburger pizza or even Alfredo Cheese. This is some die hard comfort food. Even for a work day lunch, this place is a great escape to take from your work routine. Coupled with great money saving specials and a super friendly staff you cannot go wrong.

Fireside Pies: This place has taken pizza to a whole new level. Their gourmet pizza pies are to die for. Some of their pizzas may seem like regular old pizza pies but when they top them with truffle oil it takes them to a whole new gourmet level. Their Triple Roni is the pizza creation that is topped with pepperoni, mozzarella, basil, and then drizzled with truffle oil. Their Texas Beef Sausage Pie has beef sausage, red peppers, and jalapenos. You will never look at pizza the same way again after eating at this Dallas pizzeria. They also serve delicious appetizers such as Fireside Fondue and Grilled Artichoke Spinach Dip. The salads are full of veggies such as heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, and hearts of palm. For dessert you can enjoy their Market Fruit Crisp (served a’la mode!), Root Beer Float that is crafted with a homemade root beer, and a warm cocoa brownie topped with ice cream and sea-salted caramel.

All of these pizzerias are a wonderful place to eat. Enjoy a night out with your friends, or make it a place to visit for date night. The best pizza places in Dallas are a great choice no matter what the occasion. What other restaurants would you add?

One of my favorite things about 2020.... businesse One of my favorite things about 2020.... businesses adapting and making things work! I was recently introduced to @savageburritos and I'm in love. Savage Burritos is the love child of Uncle Julios so it you like UJ, you'll love Savage. They are a delivery only service offering burritos and bowls from select Uncle Julio kitchens in DFW. We ordered a variety of items from burritos, bowls, queso and more. Every single item was bursting with flavor. If you like spicy, I highly recommend the Nashville Hot Chicken Burrito. 🔥 Don't forget to add on a Margarita pop - nothing beats alcohol and Mexican food delivered straight to your door!

I know this year has dragged on and on for many pe I know this year has dragged on and on for many people but it has flown by to me. I'm 100% sure it has something to do with welcoming Myles into this world during the height of a pandemic and keeping a toddler alive at the same time. I can't wait for Christmas morning to make memories with my little family (even though Christmas shopping isn't complete and I haven't even thought about wrapping presents). It will all fall in to place, it always does. We didn't attend our favorite Christmas events this year or get pictures with Santa so this random Santa picture will do and I'm 100% happy with it. If this year has taught you anything, let it be finding the joy in the little things ❤
The holidays are quickly approaching! 🎄 Althoug The holidays are quickly approaching! 🎄 Although things might be a bit different this season, we're still enjoying some of our favorite foods and traditions. This year we're incorporating ordering family meal kits from @chuysrestaurant for not only my family but extended family that we might not be able to hang with this holiday. It's a simple way to spread the joy with loved ones, eat delicious food and not forget the reason for the season. #ad #nachoaverageholiday
Family pictures are always so much fun.... this ye Family pictures are always so much fun.... this year we got to attempt it twice thanks to sweet Bryce. Thankfully the second time around he cooperated. As painful as they may be, I'm so glad we get these done every year. I love looking back at them and see how much we've all changed and how much the kids have grown!
Can y'all believe the end of the year is here? We Can y'all believe the end of the year is here? We got our family pictures back and they look great other than the fact that Bryce decided not to participate. We got one shot with my entire family and Bryce is off to the side playing in poison ivy. 🤦‍♀️

Your child gets to fully immerse themselves into role playing any job they can imagine. From checking animals at the veterinarian, putting out fires as a firefighter, flying planes in an simulator, creating their own personal logo with Bic, or being a weatherman at WFAA - the options are endless! Kidzania activities are for ages 4 and up.

We felt very comfortable inside with their safety protocols. Temperatures were checked before entering. Everybody ages 4 and up must wear a mask. Hand sanitizer was readily available throughout the entire space. If you're looking for a fun outlet for your child to explore, check it out!
