Fall in Love with the Samsung FlexWash and FlexDry

To say we’re a “Samsung Family” would be a complete understatement. My husband and I absolutely love Samsung in more ways than I can count. Almost all of our appliances, phones, tablets and TVs are Samsung, we might be a bit obsessed.

It’s all for good measure. You don’t become completely attached to a brand unless they deserve it and it’s been many years in the making of becoming crazy for Samsung. My love for Samsung started when I switched from a competitor (I won’t mention who) to the Samsung Galaxy phone many years ago. My life was instantly changed by the phone and all of the features. I live on my phone whether it’s on email, social media or playing games that waste all my time. Since I’m always on the go and being social media is my livelihood, I needed a phone that could keep up and the Galaxy did just that.

Since the Samsung Galaxy was such a win for both my husband and I, we started to buy Samsung appliances and TVs.  My husband is all about TV and movies so when we started swooning over the Samsung Curved 4k UHD TV, I knew we had to buy it.

We’ve owned the TV for a couple years and it still impresses me. It has impressed me so much, we’ve bought 2 more to add to our home. The next big Samsung Appliance that we added a year ago is the Samsung Hub Refrigerator. Who ever knew I needed a refrigerator that would play me music, allow me to order groceries and watch TV on it? There is no way I could ever own a refrigerator that doesn’t have those functions. It’s changed the way we use our kitchen and it’s been amazing

What other appliance could we possibly need that could impress more than our phones, TVs and refrigerator? I didn’t think there could be any other appliance – that was until Samsung introduced the Samsung FlexWash and FlexDry. Let me introduce you to the most life changing appliance known to man kind.

Let’s start with the Samsung FlexWash Washer. Samsung’s FlexWash™ Washer provides the ultimate washing flexibility, with two separately controlled washers in the same unit, so you can wash different types of laundry at the same time. You read that correctly – TWO SEPARATELY CONTROLLED WASHERS. Just imagine all of the clothes you can wash at the same time and how the amount of time you are doing the wash will be cut down.

I use the top washer for my baby’s clothes and whites/delicates then use the bottom washer for mine and my husband’s clothes and towels. No more waiting for one load to finish to start the next load, you can literally have each washer on at the same time. Since they are two separate washers on top of each other, they operate separately and you can use different detergent, softener and bleach.  It works great because I use special detergent on our baby’s clothes.

The amount of features available on the FlexWash is mind blowing. I use the speed wash often because I love getting two loads of wash done in about 30 minutes. It cuts down the amount of time I’m doing laundry about 75% and I’m able to do other important things around my house like play with my sweet baby.

If you thought the washing machine was amazing, you’ll be blown away by the Samsung FlexDry. Like the washer, the dryer has two separate dryers. The top dryer is a delicate dryer and the bottom is a conventional large capacity dryer. The upper delicate dryer lets you dry items flat to prevent shrinking and fabric damage.

I’m not going to lie, before this washer and dryer I would be horrible at seperating which clothes needed to be dried in the dryer and which clothes needed to be hang dried. The amount of clothes that I’ve ruined is a bit ridiculous and it was all out of pure laziness. I don’t know why separating and hanging clothes is so exhausting but it is. Now instead of having to find hangers to hang dry an unnecessary amount of clothes, I use the top delicate dryer. The delicate dryer is great for items like a nice blouse, undergarments, and accessories such as scarfs and socks. Use the tumble dryer for shoes, blue jeans or any other bulky items. 

One of my very favorite functions on the dryer is a setting called “Wrinkle Prevent.” If you’re like me, you’ll do the laundry and then leave it in the dryer for day so you don’t have to actually fold it and put it away. Wrinkle Prevent provides approximately 180 minutes of intermittent tumbling in unheated air at the end of your cycle to reduce wrinkling. That buy me a lot of extra time to avoid folding the laundry.

I’ve put the washer and dryer to the test with my king comforter, a crazy amount of towels, all of the baby socks you can imagine and even our most delicate clothes that I used to take to the dry cleaner.  Both machines have amazed me. I had no idea how horrible of a job my last washer and dryer were doing. My clothes are now washed properly and thoroughly and dried in no time. If you’re looking to upgrade your current machines, the Samsung FlexWash and FlexDry are worth every penny.
