Everybody has a different idea of what a vacation is to them. Some people like to constantly be on the go while others enjoy kicking back and relaxing. My husband and I seem to be somewhat in the middle, we like to do a lot but also enjoy doing nothing. When we visited Oklahoma City, I booked up some spa time at udander , a modern full-service spa inspired by scandinavian simplicity. It was the perfect way for us to relax and take a breather from our crazy busy lives that we live. 
I don’t think I could have planned it any better that we visited the spa right after we experience white water rafting for the first time. We were exhausted and needed all the relaxation that we could get. Udander has hours specifically for men and hours specifically for women, but we were able to schedule a time for both my husband and I to be seen at the same time. My husband had an hour massage that he would not stop raving about while I enjoyed their steam room, dry sauna and ended my relaxation with a foot bath.
The spa was every girl’s dream, fully stocked with any and everything you could ever want or need. I didn’t bring anything with me except the clothes on my back and I never for an instant felt like I should have brought anything of my own, whether it be a hair brush or deodorant. 
I started out in their white aspen cedar sauna. There are so many health benefits for sauna use. After spending about 12 minutes in the sauna, I walked right outside into a shower that cools you off before entering the aromatherapy steam room. This room was the perfect way for me to detox and let the tension melt away.
All of the products offered at udander were from a holistic, eco – chic, and simple beauty line. Indie Lee skincare is organic and uses minimal active ingredients used to promote healthier skin.
After my spa time, I was able to spend as much time as I wanted to pamper myself, shower, and get dressed. I thoroughly enjoyed being able to take it easy without being on a time schedule or know that I had limited time to hang out at the spa.
